Oatmeal and Goat Milk Bath Soak
Bathing and soaking in bath salts is an ancient tradition and ritual which continues to be recognized as one of the best ways to relax the body and soul, soothe tired muscles, help the body eliminate toxins and soak away stress.

Benefits of Goat milk is rich in proteins and amino acid that nourish the skin and vitamins A and E which are natural anti-oxidants. Lactic acid in goat milk naturally exfoliates skin, leaving it smooth and silky. Goat milk has been reported to have anti-inflammatory properties and may help reduce the effects of skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.
Benefits of Oatmeal (colloidal) has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and moisture-retaining properties. Soothing and calming properties of oatmeal have been found to be useful in many skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema and dry itchy skin.
Sea Salt - contains approximately 84 minerals that are beneficial to the skin and body, providing many functions such as promoting healthy bones, soothing aching muscles, eliminating toxins and maintaining a balancing of our lymphatic fluids.
Epsom Salts - (magnesium sulfate) A natural emollient, best known for soothing sore muscles, eliminating toxins from the body and known to be helpful in reducing swelling.
USE: Add a few scoops of salts to warm bath and relax in bath for at least 20-30 minutes, allowing minerals to be absorbed by the body and impurities to be released. May be used 1 - 3 times per week.
